A: Unfortunately, we cannot. Please contact us and we will coordinate that service through one of our sister organizations.

Q: Where are the ashes scattered?

A: State and Federal law mandates that human cremains scattered in the Pacific Ocean be done so at least 3-miles offshore.

Q: How long does the ash scattering process take?

A: Approximately 3 hours, including preparation, travel time, ceremony and photography session.

Q: How do I get my loved ones ashes to you?

A: The process is simple, upon ordering this service, a postage paid shipping container will be sent to you or the crematorium with all the packing materials needed to return the ashes to us. All shipping charges are taken care of, you pay nothing additional.

Q: When can I expect my DVD or VHS tape of the event?

A: About two weeks. A number of things affect the scheduling of the ash scattering service, the biggest of which is the weather. Here in Southern California the weather typically favors a sea voyage. We will update you on the status of your order as needed.

Q: Can I have the Webmemorial public or private to outside web surfers.

A: Yes you can! If you choose to have your WebMemorial private, only you will have the web address (URL) to visit the site. Distribute this URL to those you want access to the site, there no login is necessary.
