The Lady Galadriel is a rare Cheoy Lee schooner, only three of her kind were ever made! Built in 1971 and over 44 feet in overall length, the Lady Galadriel's Cheoy Lee schooner has been noted as having the “finest lines of any boat built”. The Lady Galadriel is well known in Southern California waters. Winner of a number of Ancient Mariners Sailing Society Regatta (http://www.amss.us/), taking third place in 2007.

The Lady Galadriel was named after the Lord of the Rings trilogy character. Galadriel was the only daughter and youngest child of Finarfin, prince of the Noldor, and of Eärwen, who was cousin to Lúthien. Her elder brothers were Finrod Felagund, Orodreth, Angrod, and Aegnor. She was born in Valinor during the Years of the Trees.
